All K.Flame Candles products are hand-poured in small batches, and as a result, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

We carefully inspect every order before we deliver. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or store credit when applicable.
